Example of one collection » the 3rd Step: The Upper Design
The final step of creating a shoe line is the upper design. On the above structure I have created two examples of upper design.
As I already said before, generally, a shoe line contains from 5 to 10 new upper models, on a new structure. Here, you see only 2 sketches with the color version.

This is one upper designed on the structure.
A balck and white sketch.
The model has a series of decorative stitchings and a strap with a stud on the vamp. |

This one is a new upper design on the same structure. The shoe line is being created.
The upper has a series of cuttings on the side that become decoration as the stitchings. |

Here the same upper design is colored.
The color used in this version is dark brown with a brushed effect, the lining color should be in contrast like purple. |

Here is the colored version of the second upper design.
The color version of this vamp is a darkbrown the leather should be kidskin and the model should have a brushed finishing. The color of the bow is in contrast and the stitchings are decorative. |

Esempio di collezione » IL 3° STEP: Il Design delle Tomaie
La parte finale nella creazione di una collezione, è il disegno delle tomaie. Sulla struttura creata, ho disegnato due esempi di tomaia.
Come già enunciato, di solito una linea di calzature è composta da un numero variabile di tomaie (da un minimo di 5 fino a10 o più modelli) creati sulla struttura nuova. In questo esempio di mini collezione potete vedere due esempi di tomaia, schizzati a mano e nella versione colorata.

Questa è la prima proposta di tomaia:
il modello è caratterizzato da diverse impunture decorative e da un cinturino, fermato da una borchietta, posto sulla punta. |

Sulla stessa struttura ho sviluppato una seconda tomaia: la linea calzaturiera inizia a prendere carattere.
Il modello presenta un nastro che diventa fiocco sulla punta ed una serie di tagli laterali che fungono da elementi decorativi come, del resto, le impunture. |

Qui, la stessa tomaia è nella versione colorata: in marrone testa di moro, con un effetto spazzolato.
Per dare un tocco stilistico peculiare, ho suggerito un colore di fodera in contrasto con quello della tomaia. |

Nella versione colorata, ho proposto un capretto marrone scuro, da spazzolare, mentre il nastro decorativo è in colore contrastante. |
